year's free hosting.
After this year, we will hand
the hosting costs back to you.
Depending on your package the
hosting costs will vary. If you have any queries, feel free to contact us.
Updates
Not only do you get a year's
free hosting, you also get a months free updates. We advise that you update your
site every month to stop it from looking old and neglected.
We operate our updates like
this:
Update A
One update per month - £5 p/m
Update B
Two updates per month - £10 p/m
Update C
Five updates per month - £20 p/m

After the final draft has been
shown to, seen by or tested by the client and agreed on, all the payments are
non-refundable.

Ellipse Web Design reserves the
right to terminate, end, or cancel any website during the design process at any
given time. If such an incident occurs, all payments can be refunded fully.

Ellipse Web Design uses customers’ material, e.g. photos,
information, text, etc. to design customers’ websites. We, [Ellipse Web Design]
are not responsible for these materials. The use of these websites is at the
visitor's, owners or the user's personal risk. We do not warrant the accuracy,
content or veracity of any material or other information on the customers’
websites; nor does it warrant that these websites are free from faults, errors,
viruses or other computer or data-corrupting, data-damaging material.
Descriptions of, or references to information, services, products or
publications within the customers’ websites do not imply or constitute their
endorsement or recommendation in any way by Ellipse Web Design, its contractors
or employees.

greatest extent allowed by law, Ellipse Web Design excludes any liability
for any damages, claim or loss or any special, consequential, exemplary or
punitive damages whether indirectly or directly incurred, of any kind
arising in or out of connection with any users' or visitor's access to, or
use of the Website, or any material thereon, whether based in contract, tort
or whether negligent or otherwise, even if Ellipse Web Design has been
advised of the possibility of such damage.

responsibility ensure that all text, pictures, logos, etc are legal through
copyright law, and Ellipse Web Design will except no responsibility if the
customer/user breaches these laws.

supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The
customers' signature below or payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to
and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
